The Complete Sefer
From the first recording to the shelf.
One engagement, one team. You teach and you review; everything between your recordings, your notes or your draft and a sefer for sale is ours to carry. And if you want only the manuscript, to take to a publisher of your own, that is yours to choose.
Six stages
What the Complete Sefer includes.
The manuscript
Built from your own shiurim, in your voice: the book found inside the archive, each chapter woven from your tellings. How we build it.
Verification & the Reader Panel
Every pasuk, Gemara and Rishon read at the text itself; every number on the page counted; anything we cannot locate brought to you, never guessed. Then the whole manuscript goes before our Reader Panel, from a mithazek to a rebbe asked for a haskama, before it comes to you. Our standards.
Your review
You read and mark every chapter on your own review page, as closely or as lightly as you like. Nothing is final until you say so.
Typesetting & cover
Set as a sefer, in Hebrew and English as needed, with the haskamos you receive reproduced from the letters, and a cover designed for the shelf it will stand on. What production includes.
ISBN & print
An ISBN, print-on-demand, and files prepared to each press's own specification, so the sefer can be printed in one copy or a thousand.
On the shelf
Your sefer listed at Yampolsky's, beside the seforim of other rabbanim, available to readers and to stores and distributors.
The shelf
Yampolsky's: where the sefer goes on sale.
A finished manuscript in an inbox is not a sefer. Yampolsky's, our sister house, is a bookstore for seforim: each title printed on demand and shipped to the reader, beside the seforim of other rabbanim, with no stock for the author to hold and no warehouse to fill.
The author keeps the rights to his Torah, and keeps the larger share of every sale.
Only the manuscript
We do not have to publish it.
The six stages are an offer, not a condition. If you want the manuscript alone, we stop at stage three and hand you a finished, checked manuscript, prepared to the submission standard of the publisher you have in mind. The rights are yours at every stage, and so is the choice of where the sefer is printed.

Other ways to work with us.
The weekly maamar
One shiur a week becomes one written piece a week, ready to print and share. Over a year, the beginning of a sefer.
A single maamar
One shiur, written up as an essay for a journal, a newsletter or a simcha.
Translation
Between Hebrew, Yiddish and English, reading as if it had been written in the new language.
Every archive is different.
